ABOUT ME.
Hi, I'm Gianluca Capetti.
I’m a graphic designer and 3D artist from Bath, England, and I recently graduated from the University of Portsmouth (2022–2025). My creative journey began back in 2017 when I took both business and graphic design at GCSE, continued them through A-levels, and also explored photography. In 2021, I started teaching myself 3D art, and it quickly became a core part of how I think and create. While my love for graphic design has always been constant, I’m now focused on blending that with 3D - bringing ideas to life in new, visual ways.
Taking a gap year before university gave me space to experiment and fall properly in love with the creative industry. It was a chance to explore without pressure - from picking up my first freelance project with a local barbershop, to setting myself daily poster challenges, just to see what I could make. That year helped me build confidence, push my style, and realise that this is what I want to do long term.
During my time at university, I was also part of the lacrosse team, which played a huge part in shaping who I am today. It helped me come out of my shell and taught me a lot about balancing discipline with having fun - something I carry with me into my creative work. I’m genuinely passionate about design and all the problem-solving, storytelling, and experimentation that comes with it. The creative world is always evolving, and I’m excited to keep exploring, learning, and finding new ways to bring ideas to life.
